Christmas and New Year shutdown

18 December 2019

The ASADA office will be closed over the Christmas and New Year holidays from Wednesday, 25 December and re-opening on Thursday, 2 January 2020.

Our testing program will continue to operate during the closure.

Options on the ASADA Hotline (13 000 27232) and email service may be limited during the closure. Following are some alternative options that might address your immediate needs.

Website

Our website might be able to answer your immediate questions. Run a search for the topic you are enquiring about.

Checking a medication

If you need to check an Australian medication or a substance, try the online Check Your Substances tool in the first instance. If you require additional assistance send an email and it will be attended to when services resume.

Whereabouts

All Registered Testing Pool athletes must provide their whereabouts this summer via ADAMS. If you are unable to log in to ADAMS over the holiday period, it is important that you email us changes to your whereabouts information as this will serve as a record of your change.

If you have a general whereabouts enquiry or issue with your ADAMS password, send an email and it will be attended to as soon as possible or alternatively contact adams@wada-ama.org

Stamp Out Doping

If you want to confidentially report suspicious doping activity in sport, ASADA’s Stamp Out Doping online form is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Alternatively, you can call the ASADA Hotline and press 3 when directed.

Therapeutic Use Exemption

For matters relating to Therapeutic Use Exemptions (TUE) send an email to ASDMAC. Include in the email your next competition and when it is on.

ASDMAC will attend to urgent TUE applications as required over the holiday closure. Non-urgent enquiries will be dealt with when the office re-opens on 2 January 2020.

Media

Media services will be limited during the shutdown period. Full media services will resume from 2 January 2020.

Anti-doping resources

A range of anti-doping resources is available on this website and video content is available online.

All services will resume from Thursday, 2 January 2020:

We wish everyone a safe and happy festive season.
