Anti-Doping Rules: Enforcing anti-doping rules

ASADA investigates all allegations of anti-doping rule violations outlined in the WADA Code and presents evidence of alleged offences at subsequent hearings of the Court of Arbitration for Sport and other sports tribunals.

This framework ensures all athletes and support personnel are subject to the same rigorous standard of investigation, maintains consistency and transparency across all anti-doping cases, and instils public confidence in a fair, robust and independent investigation process.
