This section features ASADA's phone services available to athletes and their support staff.
The Anti-Doping Hotline is a key resource in ASADA’s education program.
Athletes in doubt about the status in sport of a substance or medication are encouraged to check with either the Status of medications page on the ASADA website, or by calling the Anti-Doping Hotline on 1800 020 506.
The Anti-Doping Hotline is a confidential, free call service for athletes and their support staff that offers information on the status in sport of Australian pharmaceutical medications and substances.
To check the status of substances over the phone call the Anti-Doping Hotline 1800 020 506 between 8am-8pm (AEST) 7 days a week. A unique reference number is provided to each caller as a record of their enquiry.
Athletes should remember that medical practitioners have access to MIMS reference material that lists the status of Australian medicines in sport.
ASADA invites anyone who might have information that might be relevant to its investigations into doping in sport to contact ASADA via the confidential Investigations phone line 1800 645 700.
Alternately, information can be provided via ASADA's confidential Investigations email box at stampoutdoping@asada.gov.au.
ASADA will treat any information it receives with the utmost care for privacy and anonymity, while at the same time thoroughly investigating any allegations regarding doping in sport.
