ASADA's budget is detailed each year within the Portfolio Budget Statements of the Department of Regional Australia, Local Government, Arts and Sport [external link] as part of the Australian Government Budget.

Senate Order on Departmental and Agency Contracts Listing Relating to the Period 1 January 2012 to 31 December 2012
Pursuant to the Senate Order on departmental and agency contracts the following table sets out contracts entered into by the Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority (ASADA) which provide for a consideration to the value of $100,000 or more and which:
(a) have not been fully performed as at 31 December 2012 or
(b) which have been entered into during the past 12 months prior to 31 December 2012.
Note 1: Most of the contracts listed contain confidentiality provisions of a general nature that are designed to protect the confidential information of the parties that may be obtained or generated in carrying out the contract. Reasons for including such clauses include:
(a) ordinary commercial prudence that requires protection of trade secrets, propriety information and the like; and / or
(b) protection of other Commonwealth material and personal information.
Note 2: Columns (f) and (g) relate to specific contract schedules or clauses that have been inserted into the standard form contract that require the parties to maintain confidentiality of any of its provisions.
This information is provided for each relevant contract in the attached spreadsheet below.
